About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Development Lead to spearhead our product development initiatives.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers to achieve project goals. You will oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Your key responsibilities will include providing technical guidance on architecture, design, coding, and best practices. You will ensure quality, security, and performance through code reviews and testing.

You will drive implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Additionally, you will identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation is crucial in this role. You must stay ahead with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Python, Angular/React, SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (Cloud Services, IAC, Terraform, ECS/EKS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, containerization, DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
  • BASIC exposure to AI/ML concepts.
