This role will lead complex product developments from concept through production release, driving schedule adherence and material availability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, track milestones, and drive closure of open issues.
- Developing and maintaining integrated program schedules across engineering, test, validation, operations, and business functions.
- Serving as a central point of contact for internal teams on program status, priorities, and deliverables.
Additional requirements include:
- A BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field (MS/MBA a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the semiconductor or RFIC industry.
- Strong understanding of the RFIC product development lifecycle, including design, test, qualification, and production ramp.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Sub-8 GHz product line, working closely with Design, Marketing, Product, Test, Applications, Quality, and Operations teams to deliver high-performance radiofrequency (RF) and mixed-signal products on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing multiple concurrent efforts.
- Ability to identify program risks, build contingency plans, and drive resolution.
