Job Title: Senior Product Design Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Product Designer to lead our design operations, drive data-informed design decisions, and build a high-performing design team.

  • People Management & Team Growth:
    • Build and nurture a high-performing design team.
    • Define growth paths, review processes, and quality benchmarks.
    • Provide mentorship and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Product/Project Management:
    • Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects with a structured design approach.
    • Define the design process for each project to align with business goals.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design success.
