Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and PR strategies that align with the brand's objectives and positioning.

This role involves crafting compelling content visually and graphically in coordination with respective teams, PR relations, and managing social media to reach and influence target communities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and PR strategies aligned with the brand's positioning
  • Craft compelling content visually and graphically
  • Manage social media to reach and influence target communities
  • Plan and execute immersive experiences through storytelling initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand identity consistency
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Utilize digital and social media platforms to engage with target communities and clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and alter strategies to optimize results
  • Contribute to creating high-quality content that showcases the brand's ethos and values
  • Design and write compelling content for websites, social media, blog posts, articles, videos, stories, press releases, etc.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication materials are localized and culturally adapted for target communities and clients worldwide
  • Develop and manage relationships with key national and international media outlets, journalists, publications, and galleries
  • Manage communication and act as a spokesperson for the brand as and when necessary
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new store launches in India and international locations
  • Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful event execution globally

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Luxury Brand Management or MBA in Marketing & Communication from a reputable institution
  • Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in the luxury industry, preferably in high-end furniture and interior design companies, architect and interior designer, ultra-luxury brands
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of luxury marketing and PR strategies, including brand positioning and storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Driven by a strong sense of ownership, with ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a collaborative team member
  • Proactive and driven, with natural ability to take initiative and apply analytical thinking to solve challenges and drive results
