Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across social media platforms.
  • Lead and mentor the creative team to maintain premium brand aesthetics.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee product shoots (stylists, photographers, models, set designers).
  • Manage influencer collaborations – from shortlisting and outreach to negotiation and performance tracking.
  • Drive growth & engagement through product campaigns, reels, and community-building initiatives.
  • Analyze performance reports, optimize campaigns, and present monthly dashboards to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media/brand marketing (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury preferred).
  • Strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and aesthetic judgment.
  • Excellent written & spoken English with confidence in client/influencer interactions.
  • Someone who thrives in creative, fast-moving environments and takes ownership.
