Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the launch and growth of a bespoke jewellery brand from scratch. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with deep knowledge of the luxury industry, particularly fine jewellery or high-end watches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning for the brand.
  • Identify and build relationships with key suppliers, designers, and artisans.
  • Drive direct sales to high-net-worth individuals and luxury clientele.
  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects the brand's bespoke ethos.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of proven success in the Gem & jewellery industry or luxury sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and client management in a high-end or bespoke environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a pleasing and professional personality.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and expectations.
  • Experience with P&L responsibility, budgeting, and operational leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build something exceptional from scratch.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for craftsmanship.
