- Target high-net-worth individuals and luxury clientele through tailored sales approaches.
Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and reflecting the brand's bespoke ethos.
Team Building & Management:
Build a High-Performing Team:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales and operations professionals who embody the brand's values.
Instil a Culture of Excellence:
- Foster an environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and attention to detail.
Brand & Marketing:
Shape the Brand Identity:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop a compelling brand narrative and visual identity.
Drive Brand Visibility:
- Promote the brand at luxury events and establish partnerships with influential organisations.
P&L and Operational Accountability:
Own Profit & Loss:
- Manage the full Profit & Loss for the business, ensuring financial stability and growth.
Monitor Key Metrics:
- Track key business indicators to drive efficiency and profitability.
