Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team. This role will involve working closely with clients as a consultant to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation.

  • The ideal candidate will utilize an understanding of corporate product strategy and operational / compliance constraints to deliver the IC plan that best drives desirable behavior and produces performance.

This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting IC design and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.

The Senior Associate will also be responsible for utilizing SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.

Additionally, this role will involve assisting in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Solid understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, including Goal Setting and IC Health Check.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and good work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
