Job Title: Deferred Compensation Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced compensation professional to lead the implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy. This role will act as a subject matter expert and be responsible for executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy.

The successful candidate will work with senior stakeholders, including internal consultants, external advisors, senior business executives, and HR teams. The key responsibilities include:

  • Executing the deferred compensation strategy in line with senior executive objectives and direction.
  • Engaging with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and make adjustments to the strategy as required.
  • Leading program socialization activities, including with senior business leaders.
  • Coordinating stakeholder engagement and project implementation.

Requirements include:

  • Experience developing/implementing deferred compensation strategies in complex, global organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation.
  • Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas to senior leaders.

Preferred qualifications include experience navigating regulatory requirements, working in a remote/hybrid manner, and a degree in human resources or a related field.
