Thoughtful, a dynamic branding and UX agency, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth in Canada. This role is critical in building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing deals.
Job Title: Business Development (Marketing & Sales) Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with 4-5 years of experience in a branding or design agency.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in need of branding, design, and digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls and emails to engage with prospects.
- Understand client pain points and requirements, offering tailored solutions from Thoughtful's service portfolio.
- Pitch and negotiate deals to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Own the entire sales process, driving revenue growth for the agency.
- Work closely with Operations Manager to align post-sales strategies.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
- A self-starter attitude with ability to take initiative and close deals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, design, and website design services.
- Proficiency in inputting and managing data in CRM tools like Zoho CRM.
- Ability to meet and beat sales targets.
Salary and Benefits:
Rs. 40,000 per month, plus mobile plan and conveyance at actuals, with excellent incentive structure based on achieved sales, and benefits including career progression opportunities.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
