We are a pioneering home decor startup with a strong presence in the D2C market. Our journey began two years ago with a small team of three individuals from Indore, where we launched our revolutionary self-watering planters. We envisioned a future where home decor would not only be beautiful but also hassle-free.

Our self-watering plants with planters quickly gained popularity among customers, who appreciated the convenience of watering their plants just once a week. This made plant parenting effortless. With continued customer support, we have established ourselves as a leading provider of top-notch products that seamlessly combine style and functionality.

Our mission is to disrupt the home decor industry by introducing innovative solutions. We guarantee swift delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care. As we forge ahead, we invite like-minded professionals to join us on this transformative journey in home decor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly and annual sales targets for the general trade channel through proactive engagement with retail stores and distributors.
  • Identify and onboard new retail stores to expand Kyari's presence and ensure optimal coverage in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain robust relationships with existing retail partners and distributors to enhance product placement and availability.
  • Execute company sales strategies and promotional activities at the store level to boost product sales and visibility.
  • Regularly visit retail outlets to ensure stock availability, address any concerns, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Collect and report feedback from trade partners regarding product performance, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery of products.
  • Provide regular sales updates, reports, and insights to the sales manager, highlighting challenges and opportunities in the territory.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Kyari's product portfolio and provide product knowledge to retail partners when required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and promotional guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in general trade sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and establish strong trade relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the general trade landscape and distribution networks in the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Estimated Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum
