Job Opportunity: Process Intelligence Expert

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled Process Intelligence Expert to join our team and drive process optimization across client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Celonis Implementation: Configure and deploy Celonis EMS for client projects, enabling data-driven decision making.
  2. Data Extraction and Loading: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various ERP/CRM systems, such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
  3. Process Mining & Analysis: Analyze business processes using Celonis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, develop dashboards, KPIs, and action flows to visualize insights and drive improvements.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions using Celonis capabilities.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Celonis product updates and best practices, propose enhancements to existing implementations for better performance and scalability.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years overall in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS: 2+ years.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PQL, ETL tools, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
  • Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), ability to interpret and model complex workflows.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management, analytical mindset with attention to detail, self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
