Job Title:

Sales Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for building and implementing sophisticated AI-powered sales and lead generation workflows using n8n.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build End-to-End Workflow: Develop and deploy a comprehensive n8n workflow that automates the process from initial company identification to personalized email outreach.
  2. Integrate Third-Party Services: Integrate various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and potentially web scraping services (e.g., Phantombuster).
  3. Implement Error Handling: Design and implement robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Map Data between Nodes: Craft expressions and light code in Function nodes to correctly parse and map data between nodes.
  5. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to refine prompts for AI nodes and ensure high-quality, personalized outputs.
  6. Document Workflow: Provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Expert in n8n: Demonstrable experience building complex, multi-step workflows in n8n is essential.
  • API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication (OAuth2, API Keys, Header Auth).
  • AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 into automated workflows.
  • Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with concepts and tools for web scraping and data enrichment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex automation issues and think critically to find solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic to ensure accuracy.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with Sales/Marketing Automation: Knowledge of sales and marketing automation principles and practices.
  • Basic JavaScript Knowledge: Familiarity with JavaScript for use in n8n's Function node.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets Functions: Understanding of Google Sheets functions and formulas.
