Job Title: Operations Manager for Direct Sales Processes

This role plays a crucial part in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining high productivity levels, and ensuring accurate execution of sales initiatives.

  • Coordinate with dealers, vendors, and the sales team to meet operational requirements.
  • Ensure timely order processing and renewals in the CRM system.
  • Manage subscriptions for The Times of India and Maharashtra Times.
  • Handle complaints and resolutions efficiently.
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Monitor backend team productivity and manage salary processing and invoicing.
  • Implement orders according to guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate MIS tracking and prepare timely reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in direct sales processes operations.
  • Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in English and Marathi is essential.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
