Process Security Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical thinker to join our team as a Process Security Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements in IT security.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in process engineering, IT service management, or a related operational improvement role.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with IT and network security concepts (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, proxies, NAC, endpoint security).
  • Ability to document and visualize processes using standard notations (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for process optimization and operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and other IT service management practices.
  • Certifications in IT Security Standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.) and Process Frameworks (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • International working experience is considered an advantage.
