Job Description:

A pivotal role in driving strategic transformation across global business operations.

This leader is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation programs, focusing on cost optimization, process efficiency, and quality improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in transformation projects, particularly process automation and data-driven decision making, as well as expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Transformation Leadership: Align transformation initiatives with business objectives, driving measurable outcomes in areas such as productivity, utilization, and customer experience metrics.
  • AI/ML-Driven Innovation: Identify and champion use cases for AI technologies, including predictive analytics, automation, and data science across key functions.
  • Process Reengineering & Six Sigma: Leverage lean methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical business processes.
  • Cross-Functional Program Execution: Partner with stakeholders to successfully execute transformation initiatives that deliver tangible ROI.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred), 12+ years of experience in business operations, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • Technical Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, with exposure to AI platforms, strong command of automation technologies, and in-depth knowledge of operational challenges.
