The company is seeking a highly skilled Head of Product to lead their product development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Visionary: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the platform. Conduct deep market and customer research to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities.
  2. Product Roadmap Manager: Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans. Prioritize and manage a product roadmap balancing short-term impact with long-term innovation.
  3. User Experience Champion: Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Maker: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate.
  5. Team Leader: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate product with technology, operations, legal, risk, and marketing functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments (e.g., HF, real estate, private credit, etc.).
  • Proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.
  • Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
  • Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials a plus.
