Your mission:

As our founding CTO, you'll architect our technological universe, translating vision into architecture. Design, build, and scale our secure, high-performance platform, making key decisions on our stack (Python/Go, React, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes) that balance speed, security, and scalability.

Ensure compliance by embedding SEBI and RBI regulations into our product's DNA. Own integrations with critical systems like SCORES and payment gateways, establishing trust and integrity from day one.

Lead by example: This is a hands-on role, writing critical code, reviewing PRs, mentoring early engineers, and building technical excellence we need to win.

Champion Innovation: Drive deep tech initiatives from AI-powered personalization to blockchain-based audit trails.

Be our technology ambassador: Interface with regulators, partners, and investors, translating technical vision into a compelling story of credibility and innovation.

Requirements:

  • You have 5-7+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role within FinTech, WealthTech, or a highly regulated BFSI environment.
  • Hands-on technical skills are modern, with deep expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • You understand technology as a means to business innovation.
  • You have a founder's mindset, energized by 0-to-1 challenges, not frustrated by them.
  • You're a proactive problem-solver, owner, and builder.
  • Speak the language of compliance (SEBI, RBI) not as a barrier but as a design constraint inspiring elegant, secure solutions.
  • Most importantly, you're a leader and mentor, deriving joy from elevating those around you and committed to building a talented and passionate team.
