Process Excellence Leader

We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Leader to spearhead our efforts in optimizing organizational processes, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and implement structured methodologies for process improvement across the organization.
  • • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • COGS Ownership:
  • • Partner with product, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to analyze and optimize cost of goods sold drivers.
  • • Lead initiatives to reduce waste, eliminate redundancies, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Standardization & Best Practices:
  • • Develop and roll out standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical processes.
  • • Benchmark industry best practices and adapt them to our business models.
  • Quality & Efficiency:
  • • Collaborate with quality teams to reduce defect rates and improve customer satisfaction.
  • • Partner with manufacturing engineering to improve yield, reduce downtime, and enhance throughput.
  • Change Management & Capability Building:
  • • Build organizational capability in process excellence through training and coaching.
  • • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma, and value engineering.
  • • Proven experience in driving COGS reduction programs in consumer appliances or manufacturing setups.
  • • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
  • • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
