Job Title: Business Analytics Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience working with data visualization tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and developing comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business workflows and operational processes to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards for platform monitoring and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business growth.
  • Document and standardize operational procedures across EDP Architecture, Platform Engineering, and Data Engineering teams.
Core Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI, Quicksight, or similar), understanding of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization principles, and knowledge of cloud cost management tools and advanced FinOps methodologies are preferred.
