Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to analyze and validate data content of files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and validate data content of files for accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs.
  • Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to data analysis and ingestion processes.
  • Generate reports and provide insights based on data analysis.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health informatics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Healthcare experience mandatory.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data and healthcare payer systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Experience in project management and leading data-related projects.
