Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analysis group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our data.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Conduct data validation reconciliation and analysis across multiple systems and sources
  • Use advanced SQL Python and Excel skills to perform data extraction transformation validation and reporting
  • Collaborate with business analysts developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  • Document track and manage defects using JIRA ensuring timely resolution
  • Continuously improve testing processes frameworks and automation opportunities
  • Support test planning strategy and execution within Agile Waterfall environments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Python and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
