Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering leadership assessments and 360 surveys for clients on internal and external platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather project requirements, assessment setup, and delivery, including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Collate scores from different tools to maintain a database.
  • Analyze scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
  • Create dashboards using MS Power Apps, Tableau, or PowerBI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of statistical functions, such as mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Strong domain knowledge, including primary/secondary research, survey methodology, and client products.
