- Passion and drive are key attributes for this position. The successful candidate will be passionate about achieving sales volumes and ensuring that their team meets targets on a consistent basis.
- Managing hiring gaps and attrition is also an important aspect of this role. The State Head should be able to minimize these issues and maintain a stable team environment.
- Sales targets must be met on a monthly basis, with minimal skewness towards the end of the month. The successful candidate will need to plan and manage their team's performance accordingly.
- Closure rates and customer relationships are crucial in this role. The State Head should be able to maintain healthy closure rates and foster strong relationships with customers.
