Admissions Counselor Role

This position plays a crucial part in the recruitment process, ensuring students are guided smoothly through our institution.

About the Job:

  • The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for building connections with prospective students/parents through calls and tele-counselling to schedule sessions.
  • Meting with prospective students and answering queries about the university's programs and opportunities available.
  • Reviewing applications and guiding students towards appropriate resources on courses, financial aid, scholarships, and related information.
  • Providing accurate information regarding admission documentation and mandatory requirements.
  • Leading campus tours for prospective students to familiarize them with the university's infrastructure.
  • Representing the university at schools, seminars, events, and promotional activities.
  • Managing the entire admission process from application to final enrollment.
  • Following up with potential candidates after visits to ensure effective closures.
  • Staying updated with admission policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Organizing outreach activities such as workshops, expert talks, health camps, etc.
  • Meeting key performance indicators: achieving 100-150 calls per day during peak admission season.
