Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a University Relations Specialist located in Delhi, India. The University Relations Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with universities, conducting college recruitment, and managing university-specific programs. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with academic institutions, facilitating recruitment drives, organizing events, and ensuring effective communication between ConversAI Labs and partner universities.
Qualifications
- Skills in University Relations, University Recruitment, and College Recruiting
- Experience in Program Management and organizing university-specific programs
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience working with academic institutions is a plus
