Job Title: Marketing Strategist

Overview of the Role

We are looking for an innovative Marketing Strategist to drive our brand presence in the global market. Main Responsibilities

  • Craft Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic brand plan, creating and executing initiatives to reinforce our brand and marketing efforts.
  • Lead Digital Marketing & ABM: Oversee digital marketing channels and lead targeted account-based marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Spearhead Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: Design and implement effective GTM strategies for new products and market expansions, ensuring successful launches and market adoption.
  • Manage High-Impact Events: Plan and execute major events and exhibitions to build brand presence and generate leads.
  • Craft Brand Narrative: Define and communicate a compelling product story and clear value proposition that resonates with customers.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and GTM execution, preferably in Construction Equipment.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling brands across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, ABM, and marketing automation tools.
  • A strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
