  • Provide direct support to sales professionals, focusing on:
  • Enhanced product knowledge, superior sales skills, and market analysis for optimal results.
  • Guidance in high-stakes sales calls, regular coaching, and mentoring sessions.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans.
  • Identify skill gaps, create personalized development plans, and ensure their implementation through training and other relevant activities.
  • Support senior leaders in achieving their performance goals by leveraging the above strategies.
  • Oversee training certifications for team members within a defined timeframe.
  • Foster a culture of integrity and uphold organizational values in every aspect of work.
  • Sales / Sales Management: Maximize sales productivity and achieve monthly and annual targets while expanding the agency distribution network through:
  • Providing daily leadership and target orientation to the team.
  • Motivating the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Selective large client acquisition without compromising other objectives.
  • Ongoing monitoring and review against plans, with course corrections as needed.
  • Ensuring high Agency quality within the team through daily huddles, meaningful performance reviews, required SAM calls, and the sales process (lead generation, conversion, and business closure).
  • Employee success, including low attrition rates and completion of monthly sales targets by all team members.
  • Recruiting top Financial Consultants from the market and converting top FCs to Business Leaders.

Required Candidate Profile:

A strong candidate will possess:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in insurance agency or direct channel, with at least 2-3 years in team handling in the agency channel.
