Job Title: Organizational Effectiveness Associate

The Digital Upskilling & Literacy program is a critical component of the Technology Learning and Performance strategy. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in delivering program tasks within established timelines.

Key activities include customer engagement, execution of communications campaigns, domain expertise in digital literacy platforms, content curation, certification program execution, and maintenance of program analytics and dashboards.

We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, able to negotiate, influence, and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in learning, performance, and talent development is required, as well as high emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Program implementation skills
  • Problem-solving and solution implementation
  • Excellent oral and presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office toolset proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Power BI report building and maintenance experience
  • Actionable project plan development
  • Agile team experience
  • Ambiguous priority handling
  • Proficient interaction with management, staff, and vendors
