Organizational Design Manager Role

This vital position focuses on supporting the maintenance of organizational designs and execution of organizational design projects. The ideal candidate will partner with HR, Finance, and functional organizations to develop and maintain organizational designs aligned with company objectives.

  • The successful candidate will utilize organizational design software and modeling tools to analyze and model organizational designs.
  • They will provide advice and guidance, drive the creation of supporting materials, and generate scenario analyses.
  • Regular and custom reports, as well as dashboards, will be created to evaluate organizational design workflows.
  • Collaboration with functional leaders and HRBPs will be key in deploying design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Analysis: Utilize organizational design software and modeling tools to analyze and model organizational designs.
  • Initiative Support: Provide advice and guidance, drive the creation of supporting materials, and generate scenario analyses.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create regular and custom reports, as well as dashboards, to evaluate organizational design workflows.
  • Solution Deployment: Collaborate with functional leaders and HRBPs to deploy design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required, and 6-8 years of experience in organizational structure and design or change management, HR Business Partner or similar experience are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctorate Degree: A doctorate degree or master's degree with 4-6 years of experience are preferred.

Must Have Skills:

  • Experience: Experience in organizational design, change management, and capability mapping is a must.
  • Analysis: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant software and systems are essential.
  • Discretion: The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is required.

Soft Skills:

  • Interpersonal: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are necessary.
  • Problem Solving: Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities are required.
