Job Overview

We are seeking an Organizational Structure Specialist to support the maintenance of organizational designs and execution of organizational design projects.

This role will involve partnering with various stakeholders to maintain organizational designs tailored to organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and model organizational designs aligned with organizational strategies using organizational design software and modeling tools.
  • Support organizational design initiatives by driving the creation of supporting materials.
  • Generate scenario analyses and engage with in-house analytics capabilities on implications.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards to evaluate organizational design workflows.
  • Handle and process sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Support the utilization of organizational design software and tools.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent and 1 to 3 years of experience in organizational structure and design or change management, HR Business Partner, or similar field OR
  • A Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in organizational structure and design or change management, HR Business Partner, or similar field OR
  • A Diploma and 7 to 9 years of experience in organizational structure and design or change management, HR Business Partner, or similar field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in organizational design, change management, and capability mapping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant organizational design tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
