Organizational Design Role

Amgen is transforming the healthcare landscape, and we need your expertise to drive this change. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining organizational designs and executing projects that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and model organizational designs using advanced software and tools to ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Drive the creation of supporting materials for organizational design initiatives, including scenario analyses and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to evaluate organizational design workflows and project progress.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring data protection and compliance.
  • Support the utilization of organizational design software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and relevant organizational design applications.
  • Prepare materials for design workshops and follow up on action items to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Generate reports and maintain dashboards to track project progress, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in organizational structure and design, change management, or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Or Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in organizational structure and design, change management, or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Or Diploma and 7 to 9 years of experience in organizational structure and design, change management, or HR Business Partner roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in organizational design, change management, and capability mapping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant organizational design tools.
