Role Overview:

We're hiring a Senior Consultant – Power Apps to join our Modern Work Practice. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and delivering Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients. This is a client-facing, hands-on consulting role that blends technical expertise with real business impact.

If you thrive in low-code/no-code environments, enjoy working with Dataverse, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365, and can confidently interact with clients – this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

- Develop scalable Canvas & Model-Driven Power Apps
- Build complex Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop)
- Translate business needs into working apps with clear documentation
- Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Teams, SQL, REST APIs, etc.
- Drive ALM, solution packaging, and deployments via Azure DevOps or GitHub
- Provide consulting advice and mentor junior team members
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with offshore/onshore teams

Must-Have Skills:

- Power Apps (Canvas + Model-Driven)
- Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop Flows)
- Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server
- REST API integrations
- ALM and solution packaging (Azure DevOps/GitHub)
- Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive)
- Strong documentation & communication
- Ability to work independently and client-facing

Preferred Skills:

- Power BI or Power Virtual Agents
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-400, PL-600)
- Custom connectors
- Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions
- Prior experience in a consulting or global delivery setup

Don't Apply If:

- You've never developed Power Apps or used Power Automate
- You've only customized SharePoint without Power Platform tools
- You're not comfortable communicating directly with clients
- You don't have hands-on experience with Dataverse or REST APIs
- You can't work independently or outside India standard business hours
