Job Title: Senior Hardware Design Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic hardware systems for various applications.

Your primary focus will be on gathering requirements for single or multiple projects and assisting the team in understanding technical specifications. You will also design and develop electronic hardware systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications, and conduct feasibility studies and provide technical solutions to complex problems.

In addition, you will oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of hardware components, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design process, and mentor and guide junior engineers in hardware design best practices.

You will also prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders, proactively identify and address customer issues and needs related to the project, drive and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions within the account, and provide valuable inputs during design and architecture reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware design and development
  • Proven track record of managing hardware projects from concept to production
  • Experience in collaborating with software teams on integrated systems
  • Previous work in industries such as industrial automation is plus
