Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities- Design Leadership: Take ownership of the design process, influencing designers and non-designers to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Experience Vision: Develop and present design strategies that balance user needs, business objectives, and technology feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, research, product managers, and engineers to deliver interaction and visual designs aligned with UX goals.
- Design System Advocacy: Promote and advocate for the adoption of design systems, sharing insights and collaborating with other designers to drive improvements.
- Communication & Storytelling: Clearly articulate design work, craft compelling narratives, and foster proactive collaboration.
- Detail Design & Feedback: Develop task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to gather feedback and refine designs for maximum user impact.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial design, product design, human-computer interaction, or related field AND 5+ years of experience working in product or service design OR master's degree in the same field AND 3+ years of experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
