Senior Product Designer

Job Description:
">- Utilize Autodesk Inventor to create and enhance mechanical product designs, prioritizing manufacturability and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met, providing regular updates on design progress.
- Perform design verification, calculations, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing per ASME Y14.5 standards.
- Interpret customer requirements and estimate project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Relevant experience in the mechanical industry, particularly in machine design, equipment design, and industrial product development.
- Bachelor's degree (6–10 years of experience) / Diploma (14+ years of experience) in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Expertise in creating detailed drawings and technical documentation, as well as proficiency in SolidWorks for modeling and design work.
- Strong experience in both top-down and bottom-up assembly methods, along with expertise in gear and gearbox selection, bearing housing, fasteners, and industrial product development.
- Ability to perform manual calculations for design verification and analysis, and proficiency in PLM/PDM systems.
