Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Management professional to join our team as a Group Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, developing business cases, and implementing positioning strategies within designated budgets and organizational guidelines.

You will oversee the creation of promotional materials, conduct launch meetings, and ensure effective marketing plan implementation. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to team members and collaborate with sales teams and healthcare professionals to drive Continuing Medical Education (CMEs).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. New Products Conceptualization and Planning: Gather feedback on unmet therapeutic needs, identify new product opportunities, and present business cases to senior leadership.
  2. New Products Launch Planning: Prepare product manuals, design positioning strategies, and oversee successful product launches through effective communication and collaboration with regional sales teams.
  3. Post-Launch Audit of New Products: Coordinate with sales teams, review performance, and initiate corrective actions when necessary to ensure new products meet or exceed sales projections.
  4. Branding and Promotions: Conduct market research, finalize positioning strategies, and oversee effective promotion strategies by collaborating with ad agencies and implementing marketing plans in alignment with business goals.
  5. Continuing Medical Education (CME) Programs: Identify CME needs, invite speakers and doctors, and ensure successful execution of CME programs to establish lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the team by conducting performance appraisals, mentoring team members, and collaborating with HR for recruitment and talent development to maximize team performance and retention.
