We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our bid and proposal strategy. This pivotal role involves end-to-end management of the bid process, from opportunity identification through to final submission. The successful candidate will ensure seamless compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, leveraging in-house model benefits, Gen AI capabilities, and creative strengths.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in securing large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and agency workflows.
