Job Opportunity in Luxury Residential Interiors Sector

We have an exciting role for a Procurement Executive, responsible for devising and implementing effective procurement strategies.

This is a key position that involves working on various procurement processes such as strategic sourcing, forecasting, research, negotiation with vendors, bid evaluation, data analysis, and procurement strategy development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying profitable suppliers, building long-term vendor relationships, preparing block estimates and BOQs, seeking proposals, comparing prices and specifications, conducting techno-commercial negotiations to reduce costs, reviewing contract specifications, assisting in vendor finalization, and ensuring timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing fruitful procurement strategies.
  • Exploring new suppliers and establishing procurement partnerships.
  • Building strong relationships with industry vendors.
  • Preparing detailed estimates for projects.
  • Creating BOQ's and obtaining necessary approvals from stakeholders.
  • Seeking proposals based on project requirements.
  • Comparing proposals for price and specifications.
  • Conducting commercial negotiations to minimize costs.
  • Reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the company.
  • Assisting in finalizing vendor agreements.
  • Communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in procurement or related field.
