Drive Revenue Growth as a Channel Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 15+ strong telecallers in selling products to existing bank customers. This includes managing the team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, guiding and motivating teams across locations for improved performance, driving productivity, analyzing business numbers, and ensuring delivery of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and manage a high-performing team of telecallers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Motivate and coach teams to improve performance and productivity.
  • Analyze business numbers to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of sales targets for respective lines of business.

Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for individuals with a postgraduate degree and more than 6 years of relevant experience. Key skills required include leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills, as well as sound knowledge of retail banking products and processes.
