Job Description

This role oversees and manages various human resources aspects, including performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and organizational design and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, periodic assessments, and calibration with leadership.
  • Provide guidance and support on performance issues and development plans to managers and employees.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist leadership with annual salary revisions, bonuses, and other benefits.
  • Address inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Learning and Development:
  • Identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across job roles.
  • Implement training methods, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback to improve initiatives.
Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement, inclusivity, and productivity.
  • Develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective communication channels and facilitate team-building activities.
Organizational Design and Structure:
  • Analyze and design organizational structures to support business goals and efficiency.
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability.
Employee Relations:
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with a PG degree in HR from a reputable institute. Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/ITES industry. Strong knowledge of Labour laws and excellent computer skills.
