We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our organization.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, learning & development, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and build effective hiring pipelines.
- Utilize job portals, referrals, and agency partners to attract high-quality talent.
- Build and maintain an active talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Own pre-onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Conduct training need analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads.
- Plan, schedule, and implement internal and external training programs.
- Partner with external trainers, certification bodies, and learning platforms for capability-building initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness through post-program feedback and performance metrics.
- Manage mandatory training programs (e.g., ISO awareness, code of conduct, information security).
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation (offer letters, contracts, confirmation, exit).
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management in coordination with Finance.
- Manage statutory compliance support (PF, PT, ESI, etc.) through external vendors.
- Handle employee grievances, policy queries, and HR helpdesk responsibilities.
- Ensure smooth offboarding experience including exit interviews, F&F coordination, and documentation.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives: rewards & recognition, team-building, town halls, etc.
- Support internal communications and organizational announcements.
- Champion employee well-being and support a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Drive annual employee feedback surveys and support action planning.
- Support HR branding and internal campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook, code of conduct, and HR SOPs.
- Contribute to HR audits, ISO compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc.), and documentation as required.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across HR processes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
With a minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR functions (Recruitment, Operations & L&D), you will bring:
- Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, labour laws, and HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and employee relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, Excel, and document management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

- Training completion rate and feedback scores.
- Accuracy of HR operations and compliance documentation.
- Employee engagement and retention metrics.
- Internal stakeholder satisfaction and query resolution TAT.
- Completion of audits and HR reporting.
