Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Organize training & development programs to enhance staff skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Support management in performance appraisals and workforce planning.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven HR experience (3-5 years).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to aviation/education/training industry (preferred but not mandatory).
