
Human Resources Transformation Leader

**Job Purpose**
As a pivotal leader, the Chief Human Resources Officer will spearhead organizational transformation and embed the company's culture through exceptional leadership and inspirational behavior.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and provide comprehensive reports on HR, Payroll, Learning and Development, encompassing Employment Law, policy, best practice, and workforce development.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on effective employment policies across the organization.
- Offer professional leadership, support, and development to HR staff, enhancing knowledge, sharing best practices, and meeting professional standards.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies, and procedures, as well as legislation, including data protection, Equality Act, and health and safety.
- Lead the execution of the HR Strategy, core areas of the HR department, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, and maintaining HR systems.
- Drive continuous improvement, focusing on engagement & welfare activities, maximizing productivity, devolving HR responsibilities to line managers, and building leadership capability.
- Oversee organizational culture transformation, ensuring company values and approach are displayed.
- Execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion aligning with company values, business strategy, and commitments.
- Clients coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues, identifying individual strengths and development needs, developing relationships, and encouraging retention.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Masters Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strategic people management skills.
