Job Title

A seasoned Human Resources Specialist is sought to spearhead talent acquisition, employee relations, and training initiatives.

This role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in recruitment, policy administration, and performance management.

  • Background in HR operations, talent development, and organizational design
  • Proficiency in managing HR systems, processes, and procedures
  • Skills in employee engagement, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Industry experience is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors

Employee Relations:

  • Advise on employee matters, conflicts, and disputes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Training and Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs for employees
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and impact

Policy Administration:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
