Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts, focusing on strategic hiring initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, guide and develop a recruitment team, and navigate ambiguous situations. You should possess exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Recruitment Deliverables:
    • Devise sourcing strategy and recruit using multiple channels, including agencies, job boards, referrals, and campaigns.
    • Serve as a trusted business partner to stakeholders, offering counsel, expertise, collaboration, and in-depth understanding of business variables in relation to the TA function.
    • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens, including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.
    • Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Process Adherence and Efficiency:
    • Evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
    • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.
    • Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring for talent management, sharing knowledge with the team.
