Web Management Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with project management teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Web Project Management: Manage website projects from inception to launch, ensuring high-quality content, visually appealing designs, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites.
  • SEO Implementation: Work closely with marketing teams to implement basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankings.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Ensure quality of content with quick turnaround times for website changes.
  • Brand Strategy Monitoring: Continuously monitor websites in accordance with brand strategy.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather and analyze data on website performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
