We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global IT Sales Consultant to join our team at Base8. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Your Role:


In this role, you will work closely with our teams in the US and Canada, utilizing video chat, instant messaging, email, phone, and software to communicate effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, are essential for success in this position.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Set appointments or close deals with clients, leveraging your negotiation and persuasion skills to handle objections and close sales.
  • Develop and manage your own diary, scheduling call-backs and future opportunities while working towards weekly KPIs and targets.
  • Research potential prospects, utilize CRM and data entry systems, and generate sales appointments through outbound telemarketing campaigns.
  • Maintain effective communication and strong listening skills to manage customer needs and expectations.

To excel in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience in international outbound sales, particularly in the IT market, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and competitive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating and coordinating efforts with other sales representatives, marketing, and support teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads and opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Self-disciplined and resilient, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, including cold calling, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role, with familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, as required.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
