Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor sales operations for institutional clients, conducting self-assessments and tracking sales performance.
- Utilize expertise to achieve business objectives set by the company.
- Onboard new institutional clients, including direct engagement with large investors and securing business from distributors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine sales strategies as needed.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive activities, analyzing customer behavior and preferences to identify new market opportunities.
- Enhance channel performance by nurturing existing relationships and onboarding new clients, effectively communicating and demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and mutual fund market knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA/Post Graduation/NSIM certification
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably Asset Management with mutual fund product knowledge
