Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor sales operations for institutional clients, conducting self-assessments and tracking sales performance.
  • Utilize expertise to achieve business objectives set by the company.
  • Onboard new institutional clients, including direct engagement with large investors and securing business from distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine sales strategies as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive activities, analyzing customer behavior and preferences to identify new market opportunities.
  • Enhance channel performance by nurturing existing relationships and onboarding new clients, effectively communicating and demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and mutual fund market knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA/Post Graduation/NSIM certification
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably Asset Management with mutual fund product knowledge
