private label manufacturing, institutional supply, and customized product development
for leading brands, distributors, and HoReCa businesses.

To strengthen our market presence, we are looking for a
dynamic Sales Manager
who can drive growth in
contract manufacturing, private labeling, and institutional sales
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in
    private labelling
    and
    contract manufacturing
    .
  • Build and manage relationships with
    institutional buyers, HoReCa clients, modern trade chains, and B2B distributors
    .
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply terms to ensure profitable growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in
    Business, Food Technology, or related field
    .
  • 5-10 years
    of experience in
    B2B food sales, institutional sales, or private label business development
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    HoReCa, Modern Trade, and Export channels
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
